Our appraiser has extensive knowledge of real estate in our 10 county coverage area. There is no appraisal request too small, too big, or too unique that we can't handle. If you are looking for an appraisal in Clare, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Lake, Manistee, Missaukee, Osceola, Roscommon and Wexford counties we’ve got you covered.Please note: Our normal coverage area includes Kalkaska, Wexford, Missaukee, and Osceola counties, however, we will travel to Grand Traverse, Crawford, Roscommon, Clare, Lake, Manistee, and beyond on a case-by-case basis.
